Payment
What payment methods are accepted on your site?
On our online store, we accept several payment methods to offer you a seamless and secure experience. You can pay for your purchases by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via PayPlug, as well as via Bancontact or PayPal. All payments are fully secure thanks to SSL protocol, guaranteeing the encryption of your banking information.
Is payment secure?
Absolutely. The security of your information is our priority. All transactions on our site are protected by SSL encryption, ensuring that your personal and banking information is confidential and secure.
Delivery
What are the delivery times and methods in France?
Once your order is confirmed, we will ship your package within 2 business days via La Poste, with a tracking number so you can track your shipment at any time. Delivery is free for all orders over €250 within mainland France.
Can I combine multiple orders for a single delivery?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine two orders placed separately. Each order is processed separately, and delivery charges apply to each order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. As with France, packages are generally shipped within 2 business days of receiving payment. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country. Please note that customs fees may apply upon arrival in your country.
Are my items well protected for transport?
Yes, we pay special attention to the packaging of your orders. Package dimensions are tailored to the items, and each piece is carefully protected to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Return
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes. You have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
How to return from France?
Simply log in to your customer account on our website and request a return. Once the return has been validated, a prepaid Colissimo label will be available in your customer area. Also download the return form , which you must fill out and include in the package. Items must be returned in their original condition, with their pouch and labels.
What if I am abroad?
Returns from the European Union or internationally must be sent by your own means to the following address:

Also download the return form , to fill out and include in the package. Items must be returned in their original condition, with their pouch and labels.
How long does it take to get my money back?
Refunds will be issued within a maximum of 14 business days after receipt of the package at our warehouse. Once the refund is triggered, it will appear in your bank account within 24 to 72 hours, depending on your bank. If this is not the case after a week, contact your bank.
Do you offer exchanges?

Guarantee
Are your items guaranteed?
Yes, all our products come with a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. Each piece is carefully crafted using Maison Pourchet's expertise. To learn more about our warranty conditions, please visit this dedicated page .
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not apply to normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or deterioration caused by the use of solvents or improper use of the product.
What should I do if my item is defective?
If a manufacturing defect is found, please contact our Customer Service at sav@pourchet-paris.com . You will need to complete the repair certificate and provide us with a description of the problem and photos if possible.
