Refund policy
RETURN CONDITIONS
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. Beyond this period, returns will not be accepted. Items damaged, without labels or without their pouch will not be eligible for a refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable for returns, except in cases of our error or defective items.
PREPARE YOUR PACKAGE
-Download the return slip to fill out and to slip into your package so that we can identify you.
- Place your items in their original packaging accompanied by the return slip completed by you.

REIMBURSEMENT DEADLINES
Reimbursement is processed within a maximum of 14 business days from the date Maison Pourchet receives your return at our warehouse (excluding initial delivery costs, which are non-refundable). You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
The refunded amount should appear in your bank account within 24 to 72 hours, depending on your bank.
If it does not appear after one week, please contact your bank.
MY ITEM IS DEFECTIVE
If despite all our efforts, your item presents a defect, we invite you to contact us by e-mail at the following address: sav@pourchet-paris.com Our team will find a solution.
EXCHANGE AN ITEM
Exchanges are only possible for the same item in a different color. As soon as our teams receive your return package, we will begin the exchange process in accordance with the established return conditions.
