Each piece is designed with the utmost care, and we guarantee our products against any manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase .
In the event of a proven defect, Pourchet undertakes to repair or replace the item in question free of charge . If an exchange is made, the defective product will not be returned.
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal use of the product
- Accidental damage
- Damage related to the use of solvents or abnormal use of the product

Our Parisian stores Vosges and Opéra commit to taking your product for repair only in the 1st year (from the date of purchase).
To have this repair done free of charge, you will be asked for proof of purchase.
If you wish to have a product repaired or refurbished that was purchased more than 1 year ago, you must send an email containing proof of purchase and photos to: sav@pourchet-paris.com
