Shipping your package to France

In France, parcels are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment. They are shipped via La Poste with a tracking number. In France, delivery is free to a relay point for orders over €150. Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. We recommend that you consolidate all of your items into one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each of them. Box sizes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.

 

Shipping your package abroad

Orders are generally dispatched within 2 days of receiving payment. They are shipped via La Poste (with a tracking number) or DHL.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. These fees vary depending on the destination country.

Please note that customs duties and taxes apply to international shipments. If these taxes are not paid at the time of checkout on our website, they must be paid upon entry into your country. The carrier will contact you to settle these customs charges in order to release the parcel for final delivery to your address.

 

Customs Taxes

Customs charges (subject to international shipments) are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are subject to various taxes when the package enters the country of delivery. These taxes depend on the taxes of the country as well as the total amount of the product. These taxes are to be paid when the package enters your country via your tracking number on the site of your local post office. If these taxes are not paid on time, the parcel will be returned to the sender. 

Please inform yourself about the rules relating to your country in terms of customs duties and taxes, these are different from one country to another.
