If such a defect occurs within one year of purchase, Pourchet undertakes to repair the item free of charge or to exchange it.

Pourchet does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, damage caused by the use of solvents, or improper use of the item. In the event of a manufacturing defect, we invite the customer to contact our Eshop After-Sales Service within 48 hours: sav@pourchet-paris.com. After verification, the team will provide instructions for returning the product(s).
