Once the one-year period has passed, our workshop will carry out an assessment and provide you with a quote for the repair of your product. Pourchet does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, damage caused by the use of solvents, or improper use of the item. In the event of a manufacturing defect, we invite the customer to contact our Eshop After-Sales Service within 48 hours: sav@pourchet-paris.com. After verification, the team will provide instructions for returning the product(s).
