If such a defect occurs within one year of purchase, Pourchet undertakes to repair the item free of charge or to exchange it.

Once the one-year period has passed, our workshop will carry out an assessment and provide you with a quote for the repair of your product. Pourchet does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, damage caused by the use of solvents, or improper use of the item.
